Beryl Bikes

The city-wide bike-sharing scheme Beryl Bikes has now arrived on campus. Students can borrow and return bikes from eight new bays across the University’s City, Severn and St John’s campuses.

Plus, we have negotiated a 25% discount for students on the scheme until the end of the academic year. To take advantage, you must sign up using your university email address. The discount entitles you to 25% off all Minute Bundles and Rider Passes until 31 July 2025.

Why cycle to University? 

Cycling is a convenient low-cost way to get healthier and happier. Riding an e-bike is great fun. Cycling 2 miles takes about 15 minutes, making it one of the quickest ways to get between ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ campuses and through the city. There are free bike repair facilities to help you easily maintain your own bike which are located on St John's Campus opposite the Thomas Telford Building.
