Ollie is a part-time PhD student in the School of Humanities at the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥. 

Ollie’s main research interest is the Environmental Humanities, with a particular focus on Virginia Woolf. His PhD research concerns Virginia Woolf’s later works and how these can be read through the lenses of contemporary posthuman theory and eco-critical thought.

Ollie is a member of the Contemporary Literary Cultures Special Interest Group at the ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥

His supervisors are Dr Whitney Standlee and Dr Lucy Arnold.

In addition to working towards his PhD Ollie tutors secondary school students in GCSE English Literature and Language.
